What this site is for
This site is for factory information and buyer quotation requests. It is not an online shop. We do not sell handbags through a cart or take payment on the website.
Sample styles, lead times, and prices on the site are for reference. A quote is confirmed in writing after we see your tech pack or reference sample.
Quotes, samples, and bulk orders
A request through Contact is a quotation request, not an order.
Sampling, bulk quantity, unit price, lead time, packing, inspection, and payment are written on the proforma invoice (PI) and the purchase order for that job. Those documents control the order.
Typical programmes start at 500 pieces per style. Sampling takes about two weeks after materials and hardware are confirmed. Bulk is usually about two months FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou after the sample and materials are confirmed. The PI for your order may differ.
Commercial terms
We work on T/T. A deposit starts the bulk order. The balance is due before the goods leave. The split is written on the PI. We do not use a website “liability cap” or a template dollar limit. If a clause is not on the PI or PO yet, we add it before production starts.
Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or your own QC) can be arranged at the Huadu factory after finishing QC. Write kate@katehandbag.com for the date.
Samples and designs
Send a tech pack or a physical reference when you can. We use it to make the sample. Your design stays yours. We do not reuse a customer’s branded design for another buyer.
Factory sample styles on this site are Katehandbag development samples. They are for review, not a public catalog of goods for sale.
Website content
We keep factory facts current: address, MOQ, sampling time, and ports. Photos and process notes describe how we work. They are not a warranty for a specific order.
If something on the site and the PI disagree, the PI wins.
Links
The site may link to third-party pages (maps, translation, or documents). We do not control those sites.
Privacy
How we handle quotation-request data is on the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these website terms. The date at the top is the latest version. Production terms already signed on a PI do not change when this page changes.
