Master patterns and die cutting for a consistent panel set.
03. Edge paint
Several rounds of paint, sanding, and polish on exposed edges.
04. Finished QC
Hardware pull tests, stitch check, then dust-bag packing.

How we work with buyers
We start from your tech pack or a close factory sample, confirm materials and hardware, then move sample → bulk under the same production floor. Typical sampling is about two weeks after specs are locked. For brand programs we can run unbranded or private-label packaging.
