02. Precision Cutting
Master pattern making and computerized die cutting ensure sub-millimeter precision for each handbag panel.
03. Edge painting
Three to five rounds of edge paint, sanding, and polish on leather edges.
04. 100% Quality QC
Every completed bag undergoes hardware pull tests, stitch alignment verification, and clean dust-bag packaging.
